🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, A/R & A/P, reporting, and payroll
  • Oversee grants management and donor fund tracking
  • Ensure compliance and maintain strong internal controls
  • Manage HR functions: onboarding, benefits, and employee support
  • Oversee daily operations and policy implementation
  • Maintain systems like QuickBooks, DonorPerfect, and HR platforms
  • Collaborate with our Executive Director and the Board of Directors
