2023 Hurricane Ian Recovery Grant Funding

United Way of Charlotte County (UWCC) has one-time grant funding available from Hurricane Ian Disaster Recovery Fund for local nonprofit health and human service agencies to address issues related to the impacts from the hurricane. Currently funded partner agencies are eligible to apply.

Funds are available up to $300,000. Applying agencies are encouraged to submit a request for a minimum of $5,000 with no maximum. However, please note that up to 18 agencies are eligible to apply. Your request should be mindful of the overall available funds and the potential distribution amongst multiple agencies. The goal is to provide funding to support organizational and/or for program needs related to the impacts of Hurricane Ian. This funding is separate from UWCC’s annual grants program.

The full grant guidelines are available here.
