Join us for the 2nd Annual Ageless United Luncheon, a signature event dedicated to creating a more connected, age-friendly community where every generation thrives.
Who needs to be there: Senior service providers, funders, first responders, caregivers, medical and healthcare professionals, businesses, and community leaders for meaningful discussion, collaboration, and inspiration. Anyone interested in improving support systems for the aging population in our community.
Keynote Speaker: Adam Perry, MD, President, Healthspan Partners
Dr. Perry has dedicated his career to creating innovative care systems that improve the quality of life for older adults with complex needs. In his presentation, “Building an Age-Friendly, Dementia-Proficient Charlotte County,” will explore how to:
- Recognize awareness of older adults vulnerabilities and recognize those who may be at risk
- Engage seniors as partners in creating solutions
- Identify gaps in current systems and define what effective support looks like
- Scale impact and solutions across our community
